Agriculture Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 1st July at D.E.S. Murlidhar Lohia Matru Mandir under the guidance of Headmistress Mrs. Madhuri Barve.

To honour the invaluable contribution of farmers, students came dressed as farmers and participated in various engaging activities. The celebration featured an exhibition of agricultural tools, an attractive farm model, and informative presentations that helped children understand the importance of agriculture and the role of farmers in our lives.

As part of the celebration, students prepared seed balls with the guidance of their teachers and received them to plant at home and in their surroundings. This meaningful activity encouraged children to contribute to environmental conservation and spread the message of protecting and increasing green cover.The event successfully combined learning with environmental awareness, inspiring students to respect farmers and become responsible stewards of nature.
